A DELICIOUS SNACK

I started reading Bob Harper's (as in the awesome trainer from The Biggest Loser) new book The Skinny Rules last week.  And I love it.  The first week I lost 2 pounds.  And cancelled my weight watchers account.  I also feel like I am eating A. TON. of food.  So it's a win win all around.  The book includes 4 weeks of menus and each menu includes 7 different options each for all 3 meals and 2 snacks.  Since reading the book my go to afternoon snack has been one sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon dipped in 0% Greek yogurt.  It is amazing.  The sweetness of the apple helps with the sour bite of the plain Greek yogurt and the cinnamon just adds a kick of flavor.  You should try this snack.  You won't regret it.
